The theater owners decided to use SPF as the single roofing solution for all of the buildings, including the 14th Street Theatre a total surface area of more than 250,000 square feet. Bluegrass Community and Technical College (BCTC) 20-year Renovation Bluegrass Community and Technical College (BCTC) is one of the largest two-year colleges in Kentucky and announced a major expansion plan in May 2010. The 20-year master plan will eventually consist of 14 to 17 buildings. BCTC wants the highest level of energy efficiency and healthy building performance for its new campus, and recognized the role spray polyurethane foam (SPF) could play in helping reach its goal.
